My goodness the waffles are good!! Fluffy, chewy and perfectly crisped they really are great! Definitely will be visiting this tasty coop again in the future!

Food was wonderful but before we got to experience the wonderful food my girlfriend hits the post outside of the building. Everyone came to make sure we was fine and very nice. And after the lil accident then we ate .

Great place quick service friendly atmosphere! I would give a 10 out of 10. My husband and I ordered Country Boys and really enjoyed them. They even add cheese for us! They also had a variety of flavored creamers.

It's the best restaurant in the area with quality service and good food. The waitresses are all friendly with quick service. The building itself is old and old, but they do a good job of cleaning it up.

It's my favorite stop for lunch when traveling to visit family in Southern IL. This old diner has been around since the 70's and kinda looks it, too. Don't let that scare you. The food is great and most of it seems home-cooked. We stopped on Sunday and the place was packed with mostly locals. We had to wait about 10 minutes but they serve quickly. (That was the first time we ever had to wait) My wife and I ordered the pot roast special and it was fantastic. It might be the best roast I've ever eaten as it wasn't dry at all. It was cheap, too. Their pies are great but we didn't have any room left in our tummies this time. I can't rate this restaurant any higher for what it is, an old-school diner.

Wow. One of the best down home country breakfasts ever. Both of my grandmas would be impressed. The wait staff was Midwest warm and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and rustic. The breakfast fare was delicious. The only thing missing was a bowl of grits for this southern guy.

Good food for a fair price. The place is PACKED depending on the time you arrive you might have to wait for a seat. Service was good, you can tell the staff work hard.
